The Black Crowes’ 1st Tall Tale Premieres Today | Croweology Out Now | Listen at AOL Spinner & CBS’ TheStreetDate.com

The Black Crowes’ Croweology is out today via Silver Arrow/Megaforce Records. The band’s first ever acoustic double album is being featured on AOL Spinner and CBS’ TheStreetDate.com all week as a full double-album stream.
 
Today also sees the premiere of “20 Years of Tall Tales” a Black Crowes web series chronicling the band’s 20 years of highs, lows, controversies, rumors, feuds and more. Starting today, the band will premiere a new webisode every day on their website,

The Black Crowes will be appearing on The Tonight Show with Jay Lenotonight and on Jimmy Kimmel Live tomorrow evening (August 4th). PBS will be premiering The Black Crowes episode of “Live From the Artists Den” this week. Recorded at the historic Lyric Theatre in Oxford, Mississippi, the hour-long concert includes interview clips and behind-the-scenes footage. Additional exclusive interviews about the band’s storied 20 year history and upcoming tour and hiatus are also featured on Artist Direct and Metromix.
 
The release of Croweology marks the 20th anniversary of The Black Crowes’ landmark multi-platinum debut, 1990’s Shake Your Moneymaker. The band embark on their extensive Say Goodnight To The Bad Guys tour on August 13th in Milwaukee, WI and conclude December 12-19 with a six night stand at The Filmore in San Francisco.
