video ‘stache: New Video from CAROLINA LIAR “ME AND YOU”
Acclaimed pop rock band Carolina Liar premiered the video for their new single, “Me And You” this week on VEVO.
“Me And You” is the second single from Carolina Liar’s latest release, Wild Blessed Freedom and is available now. Watch the video below.
The inspiration for the concept behind the “Me And You” video was found on the editing room floor. Carolina Liar frontman Chad Wolf explains, “This video was born from cut away footage- where we were all joking around at the video shoot. In the end we decided against another serious video, and used all the cut away footage to create the final version. It was us having fun and showcased our real personalities. (“Me and You“) is a love story. It’s a true story about constantly crossing paths with my little person. It was a perfect song for the summer.”
Carolina Liar self-released Wild Blessed Freedom last fall and have since toured nationally with Gavin DeGraw and David Cook. Making their major label debut in 2008 with Coming To Terms,Carolina Liar (vocalist/guitarist Chad Wolf, lead guitarist Rickard Goransson, bassist/keyboardist Johan Carlsson and drummer Peter Karlsson) blanketed both radio and television, generating nationwide airplay at modern rock and alternative while also appearing in shows such as The Vampire Diaries, American Idol, Gossip Girl, The Hills, and even played themselves in an episode of 90210. The band has shared stages with the likes of One Republic, Rob Thomas and The Academy Is… and have performed on Jimmy Kimmel Live and The Ellen Degeneres Show.
